泥棒の下見場所は？狙われない為に出来る事！

7分に一件、泥棒に入られているという昨今の状況で、 どの家が次に狙われてもおかしくない状況です！

そんな中、狙われる家と狙われない家があるのはなぜか？

泥棒が、下見をしているからです。

今回は、泥棒がどんな所を下見して、侵入する家を決めているのか？お伝えしたいと思います

１、泥棒の下見場所は？

 

泥棒は、犯行を行う前に、必ず下見を行います。

その期間は、１～2週間と幅広く、とにかく下見は必ず行いますので、下見をされた場合に狙われない家にするのが大切です。

◆ 下見は万全！ 　

侵入者は、下見を行うケースが多いといわれます。 そのチェック項目は、「(1)留守かどうか　(2)侵入しやすい家かどうか　(3)逃げやすいかどうか」などです。

＜侵入しやすい家かどうかのチェックポイント＞

● 庭木など死角になるものがあるか。

● 足場になるものがあるか。

● 窓のクレセント錠の位置が開けやすいところにあるか。

● 犬がいないか。

＜逃げやすいかどうかのチェックポイント＞

● 駅に近いか。

● 立ち話をしている人がいないか。

● 通行人が少ないか。

※ 地域住民の連帯感を見るポイントは、ゴミ。 指定日以外にゴミが出ているかどうかをチェックします。 「ゴミの日」が守られていない地域では、侵入者に安心感を与えるといいます。

この警察庁のデータの面白いところは、泥棒にアンケートを取った結果だということ。 そりゃ、本人に聞くのが一番ですよね(笑

 

２、下見をした泥棒から狙われない為には？

 

警察庁のデータにも掛かれている事と重複しますが、 防犯アドバイザー京師美佳からも、下見のポイントをお話してその対策も、お伝えしたいと思います。

 

●ゴミ置き場のゴミの日が守られているか？

ゴミの日が守れないルーズな住民が住んで居るという事は、隙があると思われる。つまり、侵入しやすいと思われるという事です。ゴミの日や時間など、しっかりとルールをまもりましょう

●マンションの明かりなどから在宅確認。

照明は、泥棒からすると、在宅不在を明確にしてくれる便利なもの。公園などから照明の付く時間を監視して留守の時間を割り出し不在の時間を狙って侵入します。戸建てでもマンションでも、防犯用のタイマーなどを使用して留守でも照明が点灯する様にしておくと在宅不在を不明確に出来ます。

●駐車場の車の有無

いつも車が止まっている駐車場であれば、車の無い時間が留守の時間となります。家族で旅行に行く際には、無くなった車の後に自転車を無造作に置くなど、元から車が無かったかのように装ってください。

●ＳＮＳの更新内容

有名人が、ＳＮＳの内容で生放送中に空き巣に入られたというのがありました。一般人でも、自宅のわかる写真などをＵＰしていた場合、場所が特定されるだけではなく、旅行にでている内容などの際に侵入される危険があります。自宅から写真をＵＰする際には、ＧＰＳをＯＦＦにするなど、住所がわからないようにしてください。そして、ＳＮＳの内容は、「旅行にいってきました」など事後報告にしてください。

●洗濯物を取り込んでいるか？

夜になっても洗濯物を取り込まない家は留守だと言っている様なものです。特に冬は、洗濯物が冷たくなりますので取り込まないなんてあり得ない。夜遅くなる時には部屋干しにした方が良いですね。●逃げやすいか？侵入しやすいか？

家を周りから見た際に、捕まりたくない泥棒にとって逃げやすいか？侵入しやすいか？は重要なポイントです。泥棒が侵入したくないと思う様なセンサーライトやアラーム、防犯カメラなどの設置を行い威嚇してください

 

●人の目があるか？無いか？

泥棒は犯行を諦める理由の1番は、「近所の人にジロジロ見られた」です。ですから、人の目が集まりやすい環境にある家は、泥棒は狙いません。花壇を作ったり、イルミネーションで飾るなど、泥棒が嫌がる人の目が集まる家づを行ってください。

泥棒は捕まりたくないので、絶対に下見を行います。下見をした際に、泥棒が侵入したいと思われると侵入されます。泥棒に狙われない為にも、泥棒が嫌う防犯対策の施した家づくりを目指してくださいね！
