年間通して、火事は起きていますし、 不審火も発生しています。

しかし、一年間で一番火事が多いのは3月！

そして、火事の原因で一番多いのは【放火】！！

１、火事の出火原因で一番多いのは？

この総務省消防庁のデータでもわかるように、 火災の原因で一番多いのは、放火です（放火＋放火の疑いのあるもの）

その他一般的なものとしては、タバコの不始末による失火が多いのですが、 放火が一番多いというのは、正直ショックですよね。人による行為ですから。

意外に知られていないのですが、放火は重罪で、現住建造物等放火罪の法定刑は死刑、無期懲役、5年以上の有期懲役と規定されており、現行法上殺人罪（刑法199条）と全く同等の法定刑を有する重罪とされている。

 

死刑も有りうる重罪という事です。

安易な考えや憂さ晴らしで起こす犯罪としては、大き過ぎますよね。

 

２、なぜ？３月に火事や放火が多い？

性格には、２～３月に火事や放火が多くなります。

火事は、単純に、空気が乾燥している時期なので、焚火などしていると、火のまわりが早く大事になりやすいからと、

寒さで暖房器具を付ける事もありますので、ストーブからの出火なども増えるからです、

そして、そこにストレス解消の放火や欲求を満たすために行われる方かもプラスされて放火の件数が増えるのだと思われます。

受験や受験発表のピーク、就職活動が上手くいかない、新しい職場での仕事や研修がストレスから思わず火をつけてしまったなど。。。

万引きくらいの気持ちで、ちょっとイライラしたから火をつけてやるなどの気持ちで放火すると、人生を棒にふって長い刑務所くらし、一生後悔する事になりますよ！

 

３、放火の対策は？

まずは、家の周りに火がつけられる恐れのある物は置かない事です！燃えない素材の物もありますので、その様な物を使う事も必要です。

 

●回収に出す新聞紙などは回収時間ギリギリに外にだす

前の晩からなど出していると、火をつけられる原因になります。時間を守って出しましょう。

 

●車やバイクのカバーは不燃物の商品にする

燃えにくい素材で作られたカバーが販売されていますので、不燃物を使用しましょう。

 

●冬用などに交換したタイヤのスペアは物置などの中にしまう。

車庫などに積み上げたタイヤに火をつけられることも多くありますので、見えない場所に直しましょう。

 

●枯葉などは綺麗に掃除する

落ち葉やゴミに火をつけられることも多くあります。常に綺麗に掃除しておきましょう

 

●車庫などに入れないようにシャッターなどを設置する

シャッターが無理でもチェーン１本はるだけで、侵入しにくい気持ちになります。

 

●バイク置き場などは照明や防犯カメラを設置する

カメラに映っている、明るく照らされていて目立つと思えば犯行も諦めます。

 

皆周りに当たり前のようにある物に火をつけられることを考えると防ぐのは難しく、 火をつけられた時にどうするのか？も、考えておく必要があります。

消火器を常備しておく事は勿論。力の弱い子供やお年寄りでも簡単に使える消化剤も置いておくと便利です。

例えば、ファインテックさんの火元に投げ込むだけで火が消える物など使うと良いかと思います ペットボトルの様な物なので、軽く子供でも簡単に消化できます。

 

 

最後に、放火は重罪です！

殺人罪を同じ刑罰の重罪です！！

安易なストレス解消で行う犯罪ではありません！ 万引きなら良いとかの話をしているわけじゃないですが、人生を棒にふるほど必要なストレスってないと思います。

美味しい物を食べるとか、スポーツするとかそんな健全な解消方法を考えて下さい。

 

そして、放火の被害に遭わない為にも、備えられる事は備えて 狙われないように気を付けましょう！
