します。ほぼ全員します！長ければ2週間かけてじっくりとどこから侵入できるのか？在宅時間は？など様々な個所をチェックしています。

なぜ下見をするのか？

下見をする理由は、捕まりたくないからです。この理由が一番！泥棒は、捕まりたくないので、どうすれば捕まらずに犯行を行えるのか？真剣に考えています。実際に侵入するのは、侵入するのに5分、物色するのに5分、合計10分あれば犯行を終え逃げていきますので一瞬です。

その犯行時間をどのように安全に終わらせるか？考えているのはその事だけです。だから念入りに下見をするのです。もし、逮捕されるようなことがあれば数年は刑務所暮らしになり人生を棒に振ることになりますのでそれはそれは真剣です。

 

２、泥棒の下見する箇所は？

では、どんな場所を下見するのか？それは泥棒によって違いますが、共通している場所もあります。まず、警察庁が泥棒にアンケートを取り出した結果によりますと、下記のようになっています。

●庭木など死角になるものがあるか？

庭木に隠れることができるので好みます。ブロック塀なども同じです。

●窓の鍵は開けやすい物・位置か？

ガラスを割れば手を入れて鍵を開けるうことのできる窓を狙う泥棒が多く、窓の鍵（クレセント）が簡単なものか？電子錠などになっていないか？みています

●犬がいないか？

小さな犬でもしつこく吠えられることで周りに不審に思われ目撃されやすくなりますので、犬を飼っている家は嫌います

 

 

 

【逃げやすいかどうか？】

●駅に近いか？

駅に近いと直ぐに電車に乗って逃げられるし、人混みにも紛れ込むことができるので、駅が近い家を好みます。

●ご近所の人が立ち話をしていないか？

泥棒が犯行を諦める理由の一番が、近所の人にジロジロ見られたなので、井戸端会議をしている街が苦手です。コミュニケーションをとっている街では不審者がウロウロしているだけで通報される可能性があるからです。

●通行人が多くないか？

単純に通行人が多いと目撃されやすいので泥棒は嫌います。

３、泥棒に狙われない為には？

 

逆に泥棒に狙われない為には、先ほどの下見をされる場所を気を付けて対策すればよいということになります。

 

●戸締りをしっかり行っている

●死角になるようなものがない

●街の住民がコミュニケーションがとれている

●庭木や塀で死角になっていない

●犬を飼っている

●玄関窓の鍵がしっかりしている

●多額の現金を置いていない

●人目に付く家。駅や線路に近くない家

●２階に上がる足場の様なものがない

それだけに下見をしっかり行い、どこの家に狙うか？どこから侵入するか？どこから逃げられるか？周りの環境はどうか？など、細かくチェックしています。
